1. Acceptance of the Terms of Sale
The following terms apply to all sales. Any deviations must be made in writing or verbally. Unless the customer objects within 8 days of delivery of our terms of sale, delivery, and payment, these shall apply in their entirety.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
All information is subject to change. Orders are only considered accepted once they have been confirmed by us in writing. The offer and order confirmation together constitute the terms of sale, delivery, and payment contained therein.

3. Technical Specifications
Technical changes to the goods are permitted without further notice, provided that the function of the item is not impaired as a result. Subject to technical changes and printing errors.

4. Prices
All prices quoted are in euros net, plus the statutory VAT. Our prices are always subject to change and may be modified without prior notice. We reserve the right to charge the prices valid on the day of delivery. Shipping costs are not included in our prices and will be charged separately.

5. Delivery Time and Force Majeure
Delivery times are provided to the best of our knowledge but without guarantee. Events of force majeure entitle us to postpone deliveries.

6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is ex works from our warehouse in Niedernhall. The minimum order value is €50.00. For orders under €50.00, we charge a small-quantity surcharge of €10.00. For deliveries up to 15 kg, we charge a flat rate for packaging and shipping of €9.50. Deliveries over 15 kg will be charged according to the actual effort involved. This applies only to deliveries within Germany. Export deliveries will be processed at the applicable postage rate. We do not provide transport insurance. We choose the most favorable shipping method at our discretion.

7. Notification of Defects
Complaints will only be recognized if they are made within 8 days of receipt of the goods, material defects or incorrect designs are proven, and it is established that the goods were delivered by us. In such cases, we will replace the defective goods free of charge or carry out repairs. Claims for damages cannot be asserted.

8. Terms of Payment
Our invoices are payable within 10 days of the invoice date with a 2% discount, or within 30 days net. In the event of late payment, default interest at a rate of 2% above the respective credit rate will be charged.

9. Retention of Title
The goods delivered by us remain our property until full payment has been made. Payment is considered to be the receipt of the equivalent value by us. The purchaser is entitled to resell the reserved goods; however, pledging or transfer by way of security is not permitted. The customer is required to secure our rights when reselling the reserved goods on credit. Furthermore, the purchaser hereby assigns to us their claims arising from the resale of the reserved goods. We accept this declaration of assignment. At our request, the customer must provide the information necessary for collection regarding the assigned claims and notify the debtor of the assignment. If the reserved goods are resold together with other goods, the advance assignment agreed in paragraph 1 shall apply in the amount of the value of the reserved goods that are the subject of the delivery transaction together with other goods.

10. Place of Performance and Jurisdiction
The place of performance and jurisdiction for deliveries and payments is the company’s registered office.

11. Validity of Our Terms
The terms listed here shall remain in force even if one or more of them become invalid.
