Starrett HDV300 and HDV400 Profile Projectors
The HDV horizontal digital video projectors combine the best features of an optical profile projector and an image processing measurement system. At the heart of the HDV system is a unique, patented interchangeable lens mounting system, coupled with a high-resolution 5-megapixel camera. The system is available with a selection of seven telecentric lenses, enabling micrometer-range resolution and optical distortion of only 0.001% for accurate field-of-view measurements.
With Metlogix™ M3 software, DXF CAD files can be imported and digital overlays developed directly from the CAD files. Video Edge Detection (VED) enables real-time interaction between the imported file and the video image of the part being inspected.
