QZW1 CNC Measuring Microscope
The QZW1 CNC product line supports you in highly accurate, repeatable measurements of complex workpieces made from all materials. The 3-axis CNC control is operated via servo motors and joystick and can be used for automated series measurements. With various measuring table sizes, the QZW1 CNC offers you all options for your part-specific measurement requirements. If you prefer to control manually and have full control, manual versions are also available.

Software
An intuitive, icon-driven user interface, a flexible button library and a powerful tolerance and programming function make the M3 software the perfect solution for optical measurement systems. All conceivable geometric measurements can be performed in no time at all.

Software options
The M3 measurement software can be expanded with various options, for example to measure threads quickly and easily.
The relevant measurement points are captured and optimally fitted into the specified tolerance band. Multiple profiles with different tolerance ranges can be integrated into one measurement sequence.
Position the profile tool, press the Fit button, and perform a fitting operation. Perform as many fitting operations as necessary to achieve the best possible result.
Fitting parameters can be adjusted using the profile measurement toolbar. Suitable controls include independent fitting conditions for X/Y translation and rotation, fit-point density, fit algorithm type, and fit-point filtering.

Easily analyze the profile fitting results with intuitive tools: quickly identify and read the worst point, the best point, or a specified number of points relative to the profile tolerance.
The module enables thread measurement with just one click. It outputs the major diameter, minor diameter, pitch diameter, thread pitch, as well as, as secondary coefficients, the value to the thread crest and to the thread root.
The calculated element for the thread outputs six thread-specific values.
O = major diameter
R = minor diameter
P = pitch diameter
L = pitch
c = section to the thread crest
r = section to the thread root

The QZW1 CNC can be upgraded with a probe for three-dimensional measurement.
